Almond pulp crackers

A recipe to use the pulp left over from making almond milk.

Ingredients Edit

  • 3 cups almond milk pulp
  • 1 cup golden flax seed (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt (to taate)

Flavorings of your choice such as:

  • caraway
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • basil
  • sun dried tomato
  • parsley
  • rosemary
  • onion
  • poppy seeds
  • sesame seeds
  • chili
  • ground coriander
  • lemon or lime juice
  • curry powder
  • celery

Directions Edit

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread one-half inch thick with a spatula on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate until crisp.

Or dry in low oven on cookie sheets. Can then be toasted if desired too.
