A recipe to use the pulp left over from making almond milk.
- 3 cups almond milk pulp
- 1 cup golden flax seed (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp sea salt (to taate)
Flavorings of your choice such as:
- sun dried tomato
- poppy seeds
- sesame seeds
- ground coriander
- lemon or lime juice
- curry powder
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread one-half inch thick with a spatula on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate until crisp.
Or dry in low oven on cookie sheets. Can then be toasted if desired too.
