This recipe makes the equivalent of one 2lb package of Bisquick Original
Ingredients[]
- 950g (6 2/3 cups) enriched flour
- 30g (1/4 cup) baking Powder
- 25g (2 Tbs) glucose powder (optional) - original contains this sugar listed as dextrose)
- 10g (1 Tbs) salt
- 125g (1/2 cup) soy oil
Directions[]
- Mix all igredients well, cut in the oil untill it looks like cornmeal.
- Store in an air tight container.
