Greek Style Yogurt is a yogurt that has been strained to make a thicker yogurt
After the yogurt is made and incubated until it has the desired tartness (between 8 to 20 hours). let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Line a mesh strainer,colander or coffee filter with cheesecloth
Pour the yogurt in and place it in the refrigerator, and cover the top loosely.
Drain untill it has the desired consitentcy (If you over drain it you can always stir back in some of the drained whey)
Save the whey, as it is full of nutrients and can be added to smoothies and soups or used to replace water in baked goods.
