These muffins are great for someone that has wheat and dairy allergies.

Ingredients[]

  • 2 cups oat bran cereal
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup molasses or honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions[]

  1. Don't mix these together too much.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
