Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
- 1/2 Cup Vegan margarine*
- 3/4 Cup Demerera or brown sugar
- Equivalent of 2 eggs Using egg Replacer
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Cup soy milk
- 2 Ripe bananas Mashed
Cream margarine and Sugar very well. Add egg replacer mixture, and beat well again.Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with the soy milk. Fold in mashed bananas.
Pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350° for 1 hr.
