Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is dairy free.


  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tsp cardamom pod
  • 1 clove
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3 black peppercorn
  • 3/4 cup sugar (or honey to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 5 tea bags (I use English Breakfast)

Directions Edit

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, spices, sugar and soy milk to a boil.

Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.

  1. Remove bags, transfer to a pitcher and chill for at least a couple of hours.
