A cream substitute
- 500ml concentrated oat milk
- 100ml oil
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
Oat milk can be made using the Oat Milk Recipe in this wiki. Make it using less water than for a normal milk to obtain a creamier milk.
- Place milk, salt and vingar in blender.
- Turn on the blender and slowly add the oil through the access hole.
- Blend till light and creamy, like a single cream.
If regfrigerated you will find that it might tend to seperate, making a thicker cream on top and whey at the bottom. You can then either stir it to recombine or use the thicker cream from the top,
