- 480ml/16fl.oz. Warm Water
- 100g/4oz White Rice
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- Cook the rice and vanilla in the water until very soft. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Remove the vanilla pod and transfer the cold rice and water to a blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Allow to stand for at least 45 minutes then, slowly strain into another container through a double layer of cheese cloth, being careful not to disturb the sediment.
