  • 3/4 cup died soy beans
  • Handful or so of whole almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1-2 T of sugar
  • 1 T of rice Syrup or regular table sugar
  • 1/8 tsp of sea salt

Directions Edit

Soak dried soybeans for 8 hours.

Heat soy beans for 2 minutes in microwave. if you want to reduce the beany flavour.

Place in blender.

Add about 10 almonds.

Add water and blend.

Heat the soy milk till boiling point and continue boiling for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Filter milk through your cheesecloth

Add sugars, salt and stir well.

Drink it hot or cold.
