  • 225g/8oz firm Silken Tofu
  • 75g/3oz Demarera Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Milk
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract (or butter flavour - check ingredients label)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth. Chill for at least one hour.
  2. Serve in place of normal whipped cream with pies, fruit, puddings.
