  1. Melt chocolate in a pan while adding a bit of soya milk until mix becomes consistant.
  2. Add soy cream that has been diluted in soya milk.
  3. Add small pieces of vegan margarine.
  4. Remove pan from stove, add other ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture is quite solid.
  6. Make small balls.
  7. Roll them in cocoa or icing sugar, or almond pieces.
  8. According to your taste.
  9. Truffles will last many days if refrigerated.
